Magic Stitch, inc. Terms and Conditions

ORDER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the Embroider and other decoration process.  Any jobs that have been approved and/or or sent to production cannot be altered or changed due to the nature of the Embroidery and other decoration process, and no refund will be given.

 PROOFS 

An E- Mail proof will be available for review.

Followings must be checked for proof approval:

PO# / Reference po# / ART (PDF or EPS) DST / Thread Color / Sew Out / Paper Proof / Digital Proof

Customers must check and approve all proof via Email.

An online proof is NOT an accurate color/size/location reproduction of your final printed or embroidered piece but is the final opportunity for you to check the layout, color and final text. Electronic proofs do not show final product’s transparency, color tone and other embroidery production issues. Therefore, Magic Stitch inc. will not be liable for decoration location and color variation between the proof and the Embroidered or printed products.  We will try our best to match the colors of the proof and the Embroidered product but please understand that color variation differences are inherent inconsistencies of the embroider process, and we will not be held liable. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the job/work is color critical. Customers are responsible for checking thread color differences between thread suppliers. 3% to 5% color variation may occur between thread suppliers. Customers must provide thread color codes.  Base Charges and Extra and/or Misc. Charges 

High value items.

Any products valued (purchased cost of) $20 or above per piece (High value items) must be indicated by the customer before final quote is provided. Magic Stitch inc. will not be responsible for items damaged during Decoration process for any high valued items without pre-approval. Magic Stitch inc. will cover up to $20.00 per piece to cover for the damaged goods without written approval.

Base charges.

On 8,000 or less Stitch Count

1: Paper proofs $5.00 each

2: Sew Out proofs $10.00 each

3: Production Sample $15.00 + S.H. each

Shipping.

Charged based on weight, box size and zip code.

Customers must obtain or request extra insurance coverage on shipments of $100 or above in value. Magic Stitch inc. is and will not be responsible for any lost items.

Production damage allowance.

3% or less damages during production process will be considered normal and out of control damages and Magic Stitch inc. will not be responsible.

3% to 5% Decoration variation.

Due to the nature of the fabric and production process, the final decoration may have 3% to 5% variation on location, size and color may occur and is consider industry standard.
